Garment Responsibility

All garments remain the property of our business. Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery and remains until the item is safely returned.

Care of Garments

We ask that each piece is handled with care. Minor wear is expected; however, significant damage, staining, or loss will incur charges for repair or replacement.

Late Returns

Punctual returns are essential to ensure availability for all clients. Late returns may incur a fee, as they may impact subsequent bookings.

Cleaning

All garments are professionally cleaned and maintained by us. Please do not attempt to wash or alter the garment.

Card Authorisation

By placing a booking, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method for any additional costs, including damages, loss, late returns, or unpaid fees.

Security Bond

To maintain the quality and longevity of our collection, a security bond may be required for selected garments.

Bond Payment

The bond is securely held against your booking and is not charged unless applicable.

Bond Deductions

Deductions from the bond may occur in the event of:

  • Significant damage or staining
  • Loss of the garment
  • Late returns
  • Repairs or replacement costs beyond normal wear and tear

Bond Release

If the garment is returned on time and in acceptable condition, your bond will be released in full.

Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to accommodate our clients wherever possible.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made in advance may be eligible for store credit
  • Late cancellations may receive partial credit depending on notice provided
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable

Store Credit

Approved credits may be used toward a future booking within the specified validity period.

No Refunds on Dispatched Orders

Once a garment has been dispatched, refunds are not provided.

Exceptional Circumstances

In the unlikely event that your selected garment becomes unavailable, a full refund or store credit will be offered.
